Oasis Worship Team
God continues to bless Oasis Christian Fellowship with truly talented musicians and singers. Our worship team is comprised of over a dozen members who display God's grace so well. Since the Lord has entrusted us with multiple drummers, keyboardists, bassists, singers and guitar players, they share a rotating Sunday morning worship schedule with such loving kindness.
Equally awesome is our relatively new Youth Worship Band, for ages elementary thru high school. They rehearse each Wednesday and, assisted by an adult now and then, they have been leading the Sunday morning worship for The Oasis once a month through 2011. The YWB has grown from 3 to 10 in that time and additional equipment has been added to help offer musical and spiritual learning opportunities to young people. To see the Youth Worship Band using their talents for Jesus is a true blessing to parents, friends and church family.
The Oasis worship team and the youth worship band is led by Pastor Rob Baker who has been performing for the Lord since age 13. Rob toured as the lead singer/song writer with the high-energy Christian rock band, "Sceptre" for nearly a decade before becoming a full time pastor in southern California, while continuing his writing and recording mission for Christ.
